Orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded after shipment confirmation.
Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue quickly, include:

- Clear photos of the package and product
- A brief explanation of the issue
Approved cases may qualify for a replacement shipment at our discretion.
